IAMSK Sunday Funday!

​Good morning, y'all! Please pardon the day delay of this blog post. My oldest daughter (pictured in the gray shorts and IAMSK shirt) had her 20th birthday party yesterday. I was one tired mama afterward. Whew!

Anywho, this picture was actually taken last Sunday (June 21st) at Shelby Farms Park where we held our first ever IAMSK Sunday Funday. We were gifted some funds that were earmarked "food only" so this is what we came up with! We put some burgers and hotdogs on the grill, played games with our children, and just enjoyed some stress-free, Covid-19 free, police injustice free, time together. And it was amazing! I have to use the word at LEAST once in EACH post. *shrugs*

I know I say this all the time but I will say it again I LOVE MY VILLAGE! And guess what?! There is room in our village for you! We STILL have our weekly Zoom meetings each Wednesday. We STILL have our Saturday morning meet-ups. AND we have just added a weekly Zoom book club! You'll have to reach out to me for more details on that one though. 901-281-7626.
